Drinking Water Service

KUKL is water utility operator of Kathmandu valley.We provide following drinking water services to our valuable customers. 

(I) Tap Water Service

We provide safe drinking water through tap connections in areas where our pipeline network reached. The following branch offices are providing this service:

(II) Tanker Water Service

We provide drinking water service through Tankers to the customers as per their request. The Tanker Section is responsible for this service which is located in Mahankalchaur, Near Chuchepati, Kathmandu.

KUKL has been providing sanitation services through Waste Water Operation Division.

The Waste Water Operation Division provides sanitation services( Construction/extension of the new sewer line, repair and maintenance of the existing sewer line & manholes, removal of blockage in the sewer line) which is located at Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

The KUKL has been providing Water Quality Test service through its Water/Waste Water Quality Assurance Division. We provides water quality testing services for water samples, including:

• 1.Testing of drinking water

• 2.Testing of wastewater

• 3.Quality assurance and reporting

The division is located at Mahankalchaur, Kathmandu.
